Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful partner JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy and go-lucky father. I am most well-known through my Instagram page, @annephung. In this blog, I will share my tale of highs, lows and all in between. I came to America with my brother and parents at the age of one and a half years young. I'm not living my life and sharing it with you if it weren't since my parents were devoted to dedication and hard work. Since I was confident that I would be a successful person and I wanted to be successful and do my parents happy. My goal was to study to graduate, and then get an employment that was good. And then I wanted an empathetic wife and children. My goal was to go to college to graduate, then get a corporate job. I would then marry, buy a house and have kids. However, life was not so sure. The money and the status of my job didn't make me feel happy. I believed that I was wasting my life to earn a paycheck. The year 2013 was when I discovered that my true passion was fitness. I also loved socializing and being able to assist others. In the process of pursuing the new direction of my life, I started to find the personal training I needed. The year 2014 was the year that I established my company which will mark my 7th year anniversary by 2021. It is rare to find an Asian female in the business. As an instructor, my aim is to encourage people to live a healthier and happy life by creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet each individual's needs and goals. It is my goal to inspire others to pursue their desires and achieve the life they've always dreamed of. My career was beginning to flourish, I experienced one of the greatest losses in my life - my mom's death. The eight years she fought struggle with Scleroderma. She is now resting in Heaven, and I keep her in my heart. Although you may not be able to see the signs at first, God can be a bit elusive in giving us what we really require. The death of my mother affected me greatly and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance at life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. She had her chance to begin her new life which gave me another chance to live an enjoyable and satisfying life. At the age of 30 I feel a sense that I am alive and living. It's not that I'm just another number. In sharing my story I hope that my story will be a source of inspiration for those of yours. It is my wish that my words can aid you in understanding that you're never truly alone. That you have the capacity to succeed in everything you desire. I pray that you live the life you want to live and end it without regrets as dying is the only thing that is promised to the people in our lives.
