Anya Volz was born in Vermont and now lives within New York City. She's received acclaim from males across America because of her humor, that is described by them as hilarious and not sappy. Their father is Argentine who had Scottish and English roots. Her mother hails from Spanish and English origin. Taylor-Joy has the eldest of five children. Four are the result of her father's earlier marriage. They lived throughout Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy aged 6 and later moving to Victoria district in London. Taylor-Joy says that moving to London was traumatic as she wasn't able to master English in order to stay away from returning to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she was required to attend after switching from Northlands. After that, she was enrolled at Queen's Gate School where she studied ballet and acted in school plays. When she was 16 she left school in order to pursue a full-time career in acting. At a very young age, Taylor-Joy had a dream to pursue a career as an actress. her dreams came true when she was offered a modeling job through Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
